Message: I came in to buy a power drill which I did & then an employee who was helping me brought an extra battery to the front cash register & told the cashier that I get this free with the purchase of a power drill. He didn't have to do that but he did & I was just overwhelmed by his customer service he went above & beyond I don't know his name unfortunately but he knows who he is if he reads this.

Message: I really love this store. For the staff. I have visited this store dozens of times. Every single visit I get a welcome greeting. There are always staff on hand who offer to help. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. And when I need to find something I always get a helpful response when I ask. The shopping experience here is very different from other shops in Memphis, hardware or otherwise. I would very much like to express my admiration and appreciation to the staff and management of HF for getting it right.
