They are a TRUE hardware store not some big box do it yourself place where the employees don't know what an O ring is, can't tell you what an item is, if they have it or where it would be in the store. Ya know, that's why I prefer these small places over the big chains where most of the staff doesn't have a clue what I am looking for.
