Name: K.W.
Message: Wonderful people to deal with. Even after all these years I can still call and they will help me with the mortgage company or the insurance company. They made the process easy and we love our home (YES we made all kinds of changes to it).
Name: G.D.
Message: It depends on who you talk you. Some of the employees aren't so friendly. But it is a no pressure place. You can look at their mobile homes without anyone following you. You can then go inside and ask questions about the ones you like. It did take 6 months before we could move into ours. A slow process for setup.
Name: A.B.
Message: No high pressure selling, friendly people who want to help you find the home of your dreams.
Name: J.B.
Message: Very straight-forward. I have always loved the floor plans used in prefabricated homes. Very little wastefulness in the layout. Every corner counts and is accessible. But the price difference between prefab and stick-built has almost dwindled to nothing. So I was disappointed with that.

Message: We recently got approved for a loan to have our dream home. Everyone we have dealt with from Dick Moore Homes have been absolutely wonderful. We had no idea about buying a home. But they were so helpful and super nice. Ms Michelle walked us through everything. We honestly felt like family. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a home to get your home from Dick Moore Homes!

Message: When it comes to paying your bill and working out deals with them, I can't fault them for anything because they're always willing to work with you. But they're not exactly the friendliest Bunch either. You buy a trailer from them in 2 weeks later, they've already forgotten your name and they don't even know who you are. That's not how you treat a customer. Especially a customer to put $40, 000 down on a $60, 000 trailer and finance the remaining value of it for the next 15 years of their life. And when you walk in to say hello, the very people that you spent time with and sign the contracts with and got to know, don't even remember who you are and can't even call you by name. After I get done paying for this trailer, I will never do business with these people again. Only one person in that place, knows me by name and his name is RC. I respect the heck out of that man cuz he does whatever he possibly can to make sure, despite my situation, is always willing to work with me then went over to make sure I get my payments made. RC goes out of his way to help me. Nobody else does there. All they can do is write a threatening letter talking about they're going to repossess my house. I don't mind the occasional reminder letter, to make sure that I stay on track period but a threatening letter. Is not the way to do business with a customer and to get return business. I know you got to make your money but that's not the way you treat a customer.
