Message: I had a broken window from my mother-in-law's house that needed to be replaced and brought it to Binswanger's because they had quoted a good price 6 months ago. I was only going to be visiting my mother-in-law for a short time and told them she wouldn't be able to install the window herself. They agreed to do the work for the same price they quoted 6 months ago but said it would take about 2 weeks, when I would be gone. I received a call the NEXT DAY and was told the window was ready for pickup - they had put my job at the top of the list because they wanted to get it to me while I was still in town. Needless to say, Great Service at a Great Price! And very friendly, too! It was well worth the drive from Germantown.

Message: I made the mistake of ordering shower glass online for my DIY project. My tile work wasn't very plumb, so I thought they would have to custom cut some glass to fit the shower and that the money I had already spent was wasted.. Despite all that, they somehow figured out a way to make the glass I ordered work. Even with walls out of plumb, uneven tile work, and an unlevel curb - they managed to get square glass to fit.. I am extremely impressed with the results and I highly recommend them and their work. I do not recommend buying your own glass though - let them measure first.

Message: I’m so impressed with Binswanger! I ordered a custom glass table top online thru a different company and their pictures were misleading so the top didn’t fit the table. I thought I could try to take it in to a local place & see if they could fix it. I’m glad I did! For $30 Binswanger trimmed the edges and now the glass top is perfect. Plus, the turnaround time was quick. Definitely recommend!
