Message: While searching online for a Cordless Rechargeable Fan by DeWALT. I just so happen to look into the Elder's Ace Hardware in Ooltewah, TN. So, I called the store and a Customer Friendly voice answered the Phone in a manner worthy of this review for going over and beyond for Customer retention at the Lee Highway location. Laura took the time and went onto the merchandising floor and retrieved just what I was looking for in the DeWALT brand along with battery/charger pack. Laura also showed me GREAT $$$ saving for the cost of the purchase by me being a Elder's Ace Hardware Rewards member. "KUDOS" to the Excellent Customer Service provided, as wells as, Management Team for the training provided to the Team members at Elder's Ace Hardware... particularly Laura.. Thanks.

I told them I was brand new to gardening and wanted to do some container flowers but didn't have a big budget. They didn't try to get me to buy more than I needed.
